Our current priority is to create a self-funding oil & gas production company to exploit the growth opportunities being generated as industry players rationalise their portfolios to achieve their net-zero emissions targets.
The development of the Erfelden field has the capacity to deliver material free cash flow to deploy in delivering the growth platform.
Our focus is on organic growth through the development of the Rhein Petroleum portfolio and inorganic growth through acquisition or farm-in to cash-generative upstream projects where there is an opportunity to add significant value in the short to medium term.
A large part of our activity is in originating, evaluating, and maturing a strong pipeline of investment opportunities in line with our stated strategy while the Rhein Petroleum operating team continue to develop the portfolio of fields, discoveries and prospects.
By concentrating on cash-generative assets and by capitalising on the current deal pipeline built over the last year through the Board’s extensive industry relationships, the Company aims to continue to lever the time and cost expended in assessing potential new ventures to deliver growth and shareholder value.
Ranging from Europe, Africa to the Far East, the opportunities the Company is assessing are suitable for debt or vendor financing, and the Company is currently funded to mature these options.
